About Linden Paper Co.
Linden Paper Co. was founded by Jori Pop, an illustrator and designer based in Port Moody, British Columbia. From a background in fine arts specializing in pattern design, book covers, children’s books and editorial work, Jori’s unique whimsical aesthetic granted her immediate success when she began to sell her art prints and greeting cards at craft fairs and markets around Vancouver. The joy she felt in sharing her illustrations through thoughtfully designed paper products inspired her to launch Linden Paper Co. in 2019. The name Linden Paper Co. comes from the artist’s maiden name, van der Linde, which describes in Dutch a family that lives near a Linden tree—a leafy tree sacred in many parts of Europe. The connection between nature, family and history is at the heart of this brand. Wild flowers and animals are brought together in unique, imaginative designs to be printed and packaged in our family-run company. They are then sent out to participate in our daily lives, beautiful objects to mark the milestones wrapped into our collective histories.
